Transferring Doctors While on Accutane

You can change your doctor (Primary Prescriber) in the iPLEDGE system or by calling the automated phone line. This requires your iPLEDGE number. Once you make the change, you will not be able to receive any additional prescriptions from your original doctor.

You can change your doctor through the IPLEDGE web site, www.ipledgeprogram.com,

To change your doctor on the iPLEDGE website:

1. Log in here

2. Choose “Change Primary Prescriber” from the menu

3. Enter the following information about your new doctor:

   • Name of Doctor: Jenna Beasley M.D.

   • Location: Pensacola, FL

   • Ph #: 850-888-2424

To change your doctor on the automated phone line.

1. Call 1-866-495-0654

2. Enter your iPLEDGE number

3. Select the Option for “More Choices”

4. Select the Option to “Change Your Prescriber”

5. Follow the prompts to enter the new information

If you do NOT have you iPLEDGE #, please call 1-866-495-0654 and ask to speak to a representative.

*ONCE THIS PROCESS IS COMPLETE, DR. BEASLEY MUST ACCEPT YOUR TRANSFER IN THE IPLEDGE SYSTEM. IF NOT ACCEPTED, THIS MAY DELAY YOUR MEDICATION START BY 30 DAYS. PLEASE NOTIFY OUR OFFICE ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED ABOVE.
